11 steps to a successfull painting project.
Our painting process starts with detailed preparation which includes removing outlet covers, covering furniture, flooring, and masking off trim and any cabinet areas. We don't use canvas tarpsto protect your floors because we don’t think they work well enough. We use high grade pvc with rubber backed lining tarps to insure that if we spilt some paint it's not going anywhere.

Unwanted nails are removed and the surfaces are inspected for minor blemishes and fractures. All areas found needing of attention are attended to. In cases where a reoccurring repair has been made in the past, a rubberized spray is applied to reduce the chances of a return.
The entire surface is then sanded to remove any old paint flakes or fibers left behind from the previous painters.
The first coat is applied. This is sometimes a straight primer, a bonding primer, or a paint and primer in one depending on the surface and paint brand chosen by the home owner.
The surface is inspected once again as new paint always likes to show blemishes not before seen and touch up repairs are made.
The second coat is then applied and inspected for full color coverage. Third coats are then applied when necessary.
The tape is now removed and inspected for straight lines on edges removing any bleed through from the tape.
A final wall inspection is performed and any paint touch ups are made.
All tarps and debris is cleaned up which includes vacuuming, moping, and wiping down any additional surfaces not painted that might have
received any dust from sanding blemish corrections etc.
Here is the relaxing step for the home owners. First we'll walk through with you looking for any touch ups or issues and address them that day. But a quick look around might miss something so we offer a 7 day grace period where you can take your time to look for any issues that you feel we should have addressed.
If you find any touch ups that need to be addressed give us a call and we'll set up a time that's convenient for you for a return visit and make the corrections.
If you completely satisfied with the project we ask that you give a review from where you found us on-line. If you're not completely satisfied with the final results we haven't completed or job and will happily return to make sure your happy. We're not going to retire from one project and we hope you'll call again for your next project or recommend us to someone you know.
