Q: What kind of paints do you use?
Q: What if I have a color already picked out and it's not the brands you use?
Q: What do I need to do to prepare my home for painting?
Q: Do I have to patch nail holes in my walls?
Q: Do I need to buy the paint?
Q: Do I need to be home while you paint?
A: We only use premium paints that are Eco-friendly having low/no V.O.C.'s. For those more sensitive to paints and solvents we offer Safe Paint (milk paint) made the way it was over 100 years ago before all of the additives.
A: We prefer to work with products that we are familiar with to insure quality long lasting coverage. Also, many suppliers can match virtually any color you choose whether it's thiers or someone else’s.
A: Remove pictures from the walls along with small items on any shelves in the areas. We do ask you have any computers removed along with other electronics. We'll take care of moving the larger furniture and items.
A: Absolutely not. Our bids include spotting nail holes and minor blemishes. Larger drywall repairs are listed separately on the bid. We don't automatically charge for work you may not want.
A: Only if you want to. Are bids are separated for easier understanding including the price for the paint. This way if you wish to supply your own paint it can easily be deducted from the bid. However, if we underestimate the amount of paint needed (not including additional coats) we'll cover the difference.
A: This is up to you. We offer lock boxes as to not interrupt your busy schedule. You are supplied with the combination; after all it is your home. We are used to working in homes that are occupied. We realize that many people stay at home during the day and should that be you, we will do our best to contain our work. If you have children coming home at a certain time we'll try to make sure we're cleaned up before they get home.
